Faithfully

There is one thing on this earth that carries the most beautiful and wonderful feeling of all.
It is greater than having money, piles of gold, a cupboard full of jewels, or achieving the highest score in the most difficult subject at school.

What is it?

Nothing other than love—yes, L O V E.

I remember a verse in the Bible that says:

“For love is as strong as death,
its jealousy unyielding as the grave…”

I am still trying to understand how this feeling works. I don’t know how it spreads so quickly, but once it touches us, our days seem full of happiness and joy. Sometimes it even makes us do crazy things. Yet this sensation cannot truly be described with words, letters, or paintings. It can only be felt—with the heart, the mind, and through our expressions.

Love touches every kind of heart: men and women, young and old, children, teenagers, and adults.

I believe you already know what I’m talking about.
Do you feel it? Yes—you do.

There are many kinds of love, but today I want to share only about Eros love.

Eros is love for the opposite sex. It is a special kind of love between a girl and a boy who grow up and begin to fall for each other. For those who have reached puberty, this feeling often comes naturally. Girls, when a boy walks toward you with a charming smile, your heart may suddenly beat faster. Boys, your heart may race when a beautiful girl starts talking to you. This is normal—and it is okay to feel it and enjoy it, because it is grace.

Some people, after falling in love, decide to enter a serious relationship. Many begin dating, and later become emotionally bound to one another.

But I have one important question:
Is the person you are dating truly the best one for you?

Since I was a little girl, I have held one principle about relationships with men:
I only want to date one man—and that man will be my future husband.

I do not want to be in relationships with many men, or with every man I feel interested in.

Yes, of course I have felt attraction and interest toward boys around me. But only that—nothing more. I am a woman who is waiting for the best man to come into my life, the man who will become my future husband. Only he will have the right to date me.

How will I know when he comes, and whether he truly is the best?
The answer is simple: I will ask Jesus. I will ask Him in prayer, and I believe He will send an extraordinary man—in His time, not mine.

Sometimes I thought I was crazy, because many of my friends were shocked when I told them I would never date a random guy. When I shared my principle, they thought I was foolish. They asked, “Why don’t you ever try being in a relationship?"
In their opinion, a failed relationship is just an experience—a way to discover what kind of man you like. But honestly, I think that idea is crazy. Am I a taster? Do I “sample” men the way I taste food to decide whether I want to eat them or not? Is a man food?
A relationship is not a game. It is not something you switch when you get bored, or play only in your free time, or use only for your own happiness. No—it is about love, the most beautiful thing on this earth.

Love is about what you give to someone and what you receive in return, and that exchange is truly wonderful.

"One of the most beautiful aspects of love, for me, is choosing to honor and respect my future partner even before we meet—loving him enough to guard my heart and my integrity. Because love is learned through giving."

I've entrusted this part of my life—my love story—into God’s hands. God never intended for relationships or marriages to be temporary. He designed them with eternity in mind. This is the power behind my commitment: to wait faithfully for the best one, trusting that God’s plan is always worth the wait.

Love your spouse even before you meet him by guarding your heart, your mind, and your body—things that already belong to your future spouse. In doing so, you also honor and respect God, the Author of every love story.
I have a beautiful song about waiting for the right person from God
this is created by Eric & Leslie Ludy, they are authors who wrote a popular book: "When God Writes Your Love Story"
This is the lyrics of that song:
FAITHFULLY

Tonight I saw a shooting star, made me wonder where you are.
For years I have been dreaming of you, I wonder if you're thinking of me too
in this world of cheap romance and love that only fades after the dance
They say that I'm a fool to wait for something more,
How can I really love someone I've never seen before?
But I have longed for true love every day
that I have lived and I know real love is all about learning how to give.
I pray that God will bring you to me and I pray you'll find me waiting faithfully
Faithfully, I am yours from now until forever
Faithfully, I will write, write you a love song about my life
'cause this kind of love's worth waiting for no matter how long it takes
I am yours Faithfully...Faithfully
Tonight I saw two lovers kiss, Reminded me of my own loneliness
They say that I'm a fool to keep on praying for you
How can I give up pleasure for a dream that won't come true?
But I will keep believing that God still has a plan and
though I cannot see you now, I know that He can
and someday I will give you all of me
until I find you, I'll be waiting faithfully
Faithfully, I am yours from now until forever
Faithfully, I will write, write you a love song about my life
'cause this kind of love's worth waiting for no matter how long it takes
I am yours Faithfully...Faithfully.

You can hear the song here.
For my future husband:
Right now, I am waiting for you.
I have never met you, I do not know your name, and I cannot see you yet—but God does.
I believe that, in this very moment, God sees you and He sees me. One day, you and I will meet in His way and in His perfect time.
From now until forever, I am yours.
I will wait for you faithfully.
I love you.
